Excellent service. Ladies inside are always nice and explain clearly the answers to any questions I have.

Heather is very unhelpful and insincere. I was a long time customer, but will not tolerate being billed excessively for months and being fast talked and spoken down to. Why nobody else was allowed to help is ridiculous. I wanted to speak to someone else- in person or even on the phone (I tried several attempts). She is nonsensical, rude, and doesn't give a hoot if you stay or go! So go I went. Paying almost half now! ✌ To the owner- maybe you should set up cameras or listen to the calls to see how she Really treats your customers. She's great at putting up a facade apparently. Sending me a "breakdown" that made no sense (and was Way too high) is very unhelpful. She was the one who messed up my rate/discounts for months, meanwhile telling me that I had to pay it until it gets "applied" again. Almost doubled my rate, and all I did was switch vehicles! To an older model no less! All you need to do is listen to one of our calls to realize... You'd have more customers. Your "underwriting department" needs help as well. Can't just keep blaming some strange department for all issues without fixing it! So spare me.

Renee and Brooke were really great! I was just checking in to see if I could get a lower rate than my current policy and I had State Farm when I was younger, so that was my first call as my fiancée uses them as well. I switched after the three day waiting period. I hooked up my safe driver gadget and I thought it was great because I was watching my speed more for sure. Then I get a call from Heather stating they’re canceling me due to a suspension. I had informed Brooke and Renee of this suspension which was due to me missing a court date (the courts were closed at the time and other folks had the same problem with at that time in Richfield Springs). I didn’t withhold any info and wasn’t trying to hide anything. Conveniently Heather is blaming Renee for the mishap as she is no longer there. I’m now on the hunt for another insurance as they cancelled me for no other reason than their own fault, which I think is insane to me. Now I’m remembering why I left years ago in the first place.

Another $56 dollar price increase this month! Stop raising prices for your loyal customers who have been with you for years. Now I turn in a claim on my boat and they tell me I'm covered but 37 days later they deny my claim!

Heather was amazing, she got me a new policy started in less than 24 hours!! Highly recommend.
